Terms of Service

• "Studio" or "you" — the photographer, photography business, or individual who creates and manages a LensVault Studio account.
• "Guest" — an end user (typically a client or event attendee) who accesses a gallery shared by a Studio.
• "Content" — photos, media, and other materials uploaded to the Service by a Studio.
• "Face Data" — anonymised mathematical face embeddings generated from photos and guest selfies for AI photo search.

The Service is intended for professional photographers and studios. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You retain full ownership of all Content you upload. By uploading Content, you grant LensVault Studio a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (including AI photo search) and as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will not use your photos for training AI models, marketing, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

The AI photo search feature uses face recognition technology to match guest selfies to uploaded event photos. By enabling face search on a gallery:

• You confirm you have obtained all necessary consents from the individuals whose photos are uploaded, including for the use of facial recognition technology.
• For galleries involving minors, you confirm you have obtained parental or guardian consent for face recognition processing.
• You agree to provide guests with clear notice that face recognition is used and an opt-out mechanism (login-free access without face search).

Face Data (embeddings) is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and deleted when the event is deleted.

LensVault Studio supports two gallery access modes:

• Login-free links / QR codes — any person with the link can access the gallery and use face search. You are responsible for distributing these links appropriately.
• Login-enabled links — access requires credentials (username and password) set by the studio. Guests do not have self-registration; credentials are created and managed by the studio.

You are solely responsible for the security and appropriate distribution of gallery links and guest credentials.

You agree not to:

• Upload Content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or obscene.
• Use the Service for surveillance, tracking, or profiling individuals without their explicit consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform's AI or face-matching infrastructure.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written approval from Anvayax.

Gallery storage is allocated per your plan. Deleting an event immediately frees that event's storage and stops any applicable add-on charges. You are responsible for managing your storage usage within your plan limits.

Original / RAW file storage is optional. Storing original files consumes significantly more gallery capacity than optimized files. Additional storage can be purchased via Storage Add-ons.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary service unavailability outside our reasonable control.

Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination:

• Access to the Service will end at the close of the current billing period.
• You may export your photos before termination. After account closure, data is deleted within 7 days.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for material breach of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anvayax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of photos, data, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, failing which they shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before the effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
